The AGM is held once a year and gives shareholders and residents the chance to review the company’s performance, finances, and plans for the year ahead. It’s also when directors are elected or re-elected and key decisions about the management of our roads are discussed and agreed.
The AGM for 2025 was held on Monday 29th September at 19:30 at Our Lady's Roman Catholic Church Community Centre on Stricklands Road.
The date of the 2026 AGM will be confirmed and updated here no less than 21 days before the actual date.
